Root Beer Brawl: Sioux City vs. Henry Weinhard’s

What’s up, readers?  I just want to say, I LOVE ROOT BEER.  For those of you who are like me, you’ll want to read this.  Look away, Mamaw.  She is the ONLY person I know who hates THE GREAT RB.  I’ve narrowed my favorite root beers down to Henry Weinhard’s Root Beer, Sioux City Sarsaparilla (old fashioned root beer), and BJ’s Handcrafted Root Beer.  Since BJ’s handcrafted root beer is not store bought, it is not included in the video in the following link.

I liked Weinhard’s because it is very creamy and you can really taste the vanilla in the root beer.

Sioux City was good, too, because it is very carbonated and the licorice is a little bit more pronounced.

BJ’s handcrafted root beer is a perfect balance between the two.

Do you like cream?  Try Weinhard’s.

Want a balance?  Check out BJ’s root beer.

You like bubbles?  Sioux City is the one for you.

Store bought root beer included in this post can be found at BevMo and select grocery stores.  Visit your local BJ’s Restaurant and Brewery to try their handcrafted root beer.
